These terms govern your use of apred.ca (the "Site"), operated by APRed Software Corp. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
The Site
APRed is the Canadian company of the Arbore Pruina group, which includes Vesk Group, OrbStudio and Uninova. The Site describes the group and routes you to the right company. Work with any company in the group is governed by that company's own agreements, which prevail over these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no unauthorized access, no interference with its operation, and no use of its forms to send unlawful, abusive or automated content.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, code, text and branding, belongs to APRed Software Corp., Arbore Pruina or their licensors. You may not reuse it without permission.
Links
The Site links to the websites of the companies in the group. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APRed Software Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes will be resolved before the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
