APRed Software Corp. ("APRed", "we", "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, operates apred.ca. APRed is the Canadian company of the Arbore Pruina group. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, and what you write in the forms on this site (contact and investment, and talent pool). We collect basic technical data automatically — device type, browser, language, and approximate region — to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you and to route you to the right company in the group (Vesk Group, OrbStudio or Uninova). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing and transfers

We share information only with the companies of the Arbore Pruina group when you ask us to route you to them — including Arbore Pruina S.A. de C.V. in Mexico, whose team answers some of our messages — and with service providers that help us run the site, such as cloud hosting and email infrastructure. Some of these providers process information outside Canada, where it is subject to local law. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Storage and security

Information is stored on cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest where supported. Access is limited to team members who need it to answer you.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. Contact us and we will respond to verified requests within the timeframes the law sets.
